1. Controller

The controller of personal data is webitest.eu, e-mail info@webitest.eu.

2. What data we process and why

• Account data – name, e-mail and a hash of the password (we never store the password itself). Purpose: creating and managing the account, performance of the contract.
• Payment data – amount and date of payments, reference number, bank transfer details; for card payments the payment identifier from Stripe (we never see card details, Stripe processes them). Purpose: performance of the contract and statutory accounting obligations.
• Operational and security logs – IP address, login times and actions taken in the panel. Purpose: legitimate interest in securing the services and preventing abuse.
• Service content – data uploaded to a server or website by you, your players or visitors. We process it only as far as needed to run the service; for personal data of your website’s visitors you are the controller and we are the processor.

3. How long we keep data

Account data for as long as the account exists. Accounting documents for the period required by law (up to 10 years). Security logs for at most 12 months. Data of a deleted service is removed immediately.

4. Who we share data with

We do not share data with third parties for marketing. The processor is the provider of the server infrastructure the services run on (a data centre in the EU) and, where required by law, public authorities.

5. Cookies and local storage

We only use essential cookies: for logging in to the client area and for remembering your chosen language. Your choice of light or dark mode is remembered only by your browser. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Send requests to info@webitest.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
