Terms of service
1. Introductory provisions
These terms govern the provision of the webitest.eu services (the “services”). The provider is webitest.eu, contact e-mail info@webitest.eu (the “provider”). A customer is any natural or legal person who has created a user account.
2. Subject of the services
- Minecraft server – rental of computing resources (processor, memory and disk space) for running a game server in the scope the customer selects in the client area, including the web panel, console and file access over SFTP.
- Web hosting – space for websites with PHP support, MariaDB databases and file access over SFTP in the scope selected in the client area.
- Custom domains – the technical connection of a domain owned by the customer to the provider’s service. The provider does not sell or register domains; the customer is responsible for their registration, renewal and DNS settings at their registrar.
- VPS – a Linux container with a shared kernel and shared IP address, with root access over SSH, in the scope chosen in the client area. Outgoing mail ports are blocked. The customer is responsible for the content and software in the VPS.
3. User account
Registration is free. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their details and for protecting their login credentials. The provider may block an account if the customer seriously breaches these terms.
4. Prices, credit and payments
- The services are paid from prepaid credit. The customer tops up the credit by payment card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay, through the Stripe payment gateway), credited immediately after payment, or by bank transfer, credited once the payment reaches the provider’s account.
- Prices are listed for a period of 30 days and are charged per calendar day (daily price = price for 30 days / 30) for every day the service exists, whether it is switched on or not. On ordering, the proportional part until the end of the day is charged, then always the price for the whole next day at its start.
- The customer may change the configuration of a service at any time. When the power is increased, the price difference for the rest of the current day is charged right away. When it is decreased, nothing is refunded for the current day; the new price applies from the next day.
- If the credit does not cover the next day, the service is suspended. After topping up, the service resumes automatically. If the customer does not top up within 5 days of the suspension, the service is deleted including its data.
- On request, the provider refunds unused credit the same way it was paid (to the payment card, or by bank transfer to the account from which it was paid).
- The prices shown are final.
5. Customer obligations
The customer agrees to comply with the law and, for Minecraft servers, with the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA). The services must not be used in particular for attacks on other systems, sending spam, spreading malware or phishing, cryptocurrency mining, distributing illegal content or circumventing security measures. In case of a breach, the provider may suspend the service.
6. Availability and liability
The provider strives for continuous operation of the services but does not guarantee availability without interruptions (e.g. during maintenance or an outage at the infrastructure supplier). The customer is responsible for the content of their services and for backing up their data; the provider is not liable for data loss caused by the customer or by software the customer installed (plugins, mods, web applications).
7. Withdrawal from the contract
A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion. If the customer expressly asked for the service to start before this period expires, they pay the pro-rata price for the services provided until the withdrawal. The withdrawal can be sent to info@webitest.eu. The customer can also end a service at any time by deleting it or by asking for the account to be closed.
8. Complaints and contact
Please send complaints and questions to info@webitest.eu. The provider handles them without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest. Consumers may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz) as the out-of-court dispute resolution body.
9. Final provisions
The provider may change these terms and will inform customers in the client area at least 14 days in advance. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
